You further consent to these account-related text messages being sent via an automated telephone dialing system. (Please note that, by law, some notifications must also be sent via mail.)

  • Enrollment in text messages is optional. You can manage your account, make payments, and use all RTR Financial Services Inc. services without opting in to SMS.
  • Number of messages will vary by account.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt in (subscribe,) complete and submit the enrollment form.
  • To opt out (unsubscribe,) text the word STOP in reply to any text message we send to you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you.
  • To request support, text the word HELP in reply to any text message we send to you. You may also call our Customer Service Department during office hours at 855-399-4787.
  • If your handset does not support MMS, any MMS messages sent may be delivered as an SMS message.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
