By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you give RTR Financial Services Inc. permission to send you account-related text messages, like payment reminders and notifications in conjunction with the services you have requested. You further consent to these account-related text messages being sent via an automated telephone dialing system. (Please note that, by law, some notifications must also be sent via mail.)

  • To opt out (unsubscribe,) text the word STOP in reply to any text message we send to you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent back to you.
  • To request support, text the word HELP in reply to any text message we send to you. You may also call our Customer Service Department during office hours at 855-399-4787.
  • To make a payment, text the word PAY in reply to any text message we send to you. You may also call our Customer Service Department during office hours at 855-399-4787.
  • If your handset does not support MMS, any MMS messages sent may be delivered as an SMS message.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.
