RTR Financial Services Inc. ("RTR," "we," "us") operates an SMS program that sends account-related notifications to existing account holders who have voluntarily opted in. Messages may include payment receipts, payment reminders for installment plans, and other account-related notifications.
2. Voluntary Enrollment
Enrollment in the SMS program is entirely voluntary and optional. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of opening, maintaining, or using any RTR account or service. You may use all RTR services, make payments, and manage your account without opting in.
3. How to Opt In
You may opt in by completing the enrollment form at https://www.rtrfs.com/textme. Enrollment requires you to be an existing RTR account holder with a valid account reference code.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by account activity, typically up to 5 messages per month per account.
5. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. RTR does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may. Consult your wireless plan for details.
6. How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent.

8. Supported Carriers
This program is supported by major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for
delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Device Compatibility
If your handset does not support MMS, MMS messages may be delivered as SMS.
10. Privacy
Information collected through this SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://www.rtrfs.com/privacy-policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Changes to Terms
RTR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised Effective Date.
