Refund Policy
All payments are processed based on the information provided by the consumer at the time of submission. Consumers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all payment details, including the payment amount and account information, prior to submission.

Refund requests are not routinely granted, and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine whether a refund is warranted and to require supporting documentation as a condition of review.
